In residential settings, SPC and laminate flooring have a 15-year warranty, while new three-layer solid wood flooring has a 20-year warranty. Under normal use, the wear resistance far exceeds the warranty period. For any quality issues not caused by user damage, we offer free repairs or replacements.
Click-lock flooring is relatively easy to install, and users with basic DIY skills can do it themselves. We provide detailed installation videos and manuals. If you lack installation experience, we recommend hiring a professional installer (we can refer reliable installers, with fees based on area, approximately 15-25 RMB/m²) to ensure proper installation and avoid gaps or buckling issues.
Our SPC flooring and new three-layer solid wood flooring are both suitable for underfloor heating. The thermal stability of our products has been specially treated, so they won't deform under high temperatures. We recommend a thickness of 8-12mm for the best heat conduction. It won't affect the heating but may help with insulation. Be sure to leave a 2-3mm expansion gap during installation to prevent buckling from thermal expansion and contraction.
Before installation, the floor must meet the following three conditions: it should be level, dry, and clean. The floor level deviation should be ≤ 3mm/2m, with no bumps or depressions. The moisture content should be ≤ 10%, and there should be no standing water or dampness. Clean the surface of dust, debris, and oil stains. There's no need to break the floor for leveling; you can directly install a moisture-proof mat before laying the floor, saving construction costs.
